General information
The foundation was incorporated on 13 June 2023. The Foundation was awarded Charitable Institution (ANBI) status in 2023.
In 2024 the Board was composed of:

- Board Member: Venny Ala-Siurua

Continuity reserve (non restricted equity) policy
The foundation carries out the following activities:
- Grantmaking for local and grassroots organizations for the promotion of improved affordability and access to healthcare, SRH in particular
- Organizational capacity strengthening and providing resources for local and grassroots organizations for the promotion of improved affordability and access to healthcare, SRH in particular
- Convening, connecting and supporting organizations with our shared mission
The foundation operates on a non-profit basis. If any profit is generated, it will be reinvested into the foundation’s activities in line with its objectives (i.e. non-profit purposes). The foundation shall not retain more funds than is reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes of the foundation.
TCCP’s objective
The Foundation aims to increase access to healthcare, particularly sexual and reproductive health care (SRH), globally. TCCP achieves this by supporting the efforts of local and grassroots organizations and networks working around the world to help the communities most in need of 2healthcare access. By providing these organizations with small grants and other resources and
connecting them to wider networks, TCCP enables them to strengthen and grow their programs to improve the quality, availability, accessibility and affordability of healthcare and SRH.
TCCP’s strategy to deliver on objective
The foundation generates capital through a combination of:
- Grants from trusts and foundations
- Grants from private corporations
- Donations from private individuals
Subject to the level of reserves and taking into account Stichting TCCP estimated operating costs, the foundation provides and oversees sub-grants to support strategic activities globally in line with the foundation’s objectives. The foundation takes the initiative with respect to the provision of subgrants to other entities or projects in order to fulfil the goals of the foundation.
Changes in (statutory) goals
There were no changes to the statutory objectives.
TCCP Directors Remuneration Policy
TCCP’s policy regarding Director’s Remuneration is that only approved expenses (such as work related expenditure pertaining to travel or hotel-stays) related to TCCP activities will be reimbursed. No salary or other remuneration is applicable to the directors of TCCP.
Financial management and financial performance information
Stichting TCCP was incorporated in 2023 and has been in its starting phase during the year 2023 and 2024 with operations delayed due to the long time it took to get our bank account approved, explaining the limited amount of financial transactions shown in the annual accounts. In 2025 a number of donor grants have been signed and received and operations have begun to deliver on our strategic objectives. For more information we refer to paragraph Future Outlook.

Financial risks and uncertainties include:
- Risk of insufficient funding
- Risk of civic and political space closing further and negatively impacting TCCP’s ability to deliver on objectives Risk of increased influence of authoritarian and radically conservative politics, opposing human rights and women’s rights in particular Risk of increased fiscal and money-market regulations negatively impacting TCCP’s funding opportunities
Corporate social responsibility information
TCCP centers social justice and accountability. TCCP has developed a set of internal policies and agreements related to accountability and ethical standards in the organization. These include an authorization matrix to ensure adequate segregation of duties is implemented in our organization. Our other corporate social responsibility policies are currently in design phase and will be implemented in 2025.
Future outlook
In the next 5 years, we will continue with our objective to increase access to healthcare, particularly sexual and reproductive health care (SRH), globally.
We will continue with the following activities:
- Grantmaking for local and grassroots organizations for the promotion of improved affordability and access to healthcare, SRH in particular
- Organizational capacity strengthening and providing resources for local and grassroots organizations for the promotion of improved affordability and access to healthcare, SRH in particular

Grant income budgeted for 2025 has been secured (contracted) at the time of drawing up the 2024 financial statements.
